You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and software requirements, along with creating test cases and supporting the QA process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 6+ months of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in writing use cases, user stories, and test cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — able to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar project tracking systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic QA processes and ability to support UAT and functional testing.
