- Must have a minimum of 2 years of US IT recruitment experience
- Experience in permanent hiring would be ideal
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have worked with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing purposes
- Any ATS experience would be an added advantage but not required
- Ability to understand IT requirements along with research skills are required
- Understanding of permanent hiring criteria and mindset required
- Be productive in quality numbers
- Carry out end to end full life cycle recruitment
